We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by sending an email to info@giftpassion.nl or through us contact form. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
Right of withdrawal
Products that you buy through this web store are made to measure according to the specification you entered. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. If the package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery. If the product received is damaged, you are obliged to inform us on the day of receipt of the package at the telephone number indicated on the website or by e-mail, otherwise subsequent complaints will not be considered.
